Delinquent Accounts

The Strayer-Fox Home Owners Association collects annual dues of $325.00 from each resident to help maintain the common ground areas in and around the neighborhood. These funds pay for the maintenance and upkeep of the lawn, both ponds, and pathways throughout the common grounds. The money also procures utilities that provide power for pond aerators and entry way lighting, as well as water to help beautify entry way landscaping. Taxes and upkeep of the barn are also paid for via the dues, along with a host of other services necessary to keep our subdivision maintained.

As most of you already realize, it is a shared responsibility of each resident to pay their dues annually. The majority of our residents pay their dues on time each year, continually honoring the agreement they entered into at the time they purchased their home.
